With over two decades of distinguished legal practice spanning both the Bar and the Bench, she has built an enviable career founded on fairness, diligence, and an unwavering commitment to the rule of law. Rising through the ranks from State Counsel to Chief Magistrate Grade II in the Kwara State Judiciary, she has consistently demonstrated that justice is best served when it is impartial, timely, and compassionate.
A highly accomplished academic, Mrs. Baraje earned her LL.B, B.L, LL.M, M.Phil, and Ph.D. in Law, reflecting her lifelong commitment to scholarship and professional excellence. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (United Kingdom) and has participated in several local and international judicial development programmes, including training at the Judiciary College of England and Wales.
Beyond her impressive credentials, she is admired for her humility, discipline, and dedication to public service, inspiring younger generations of legal practitioners and women aspiring to leadership.
