Today, we honour Dr. Offiong Archibong, FPOP, FIMC, FNES, CMC, an accomplished International Development Expert, Institutional Reform Specialist, Senior Strategy Adviser, mentor, and nation builder whose remarkable journey has become a beacon of hope for Nigeria, Africa, and the younger generation.

Dr. Offiong Archibong represents the very essence of that belief.
Through over three decades of selfless service, strategic leadership, institutional transformation, and unwavering commitment to good governance, she has consistently demonstrated that one visionary leader can influence systems, institutions, and generations.
With more than 32 years of distinguished professional experience, Dr. Archibong has devoted her career to strengthening governance, improving public sector performance, and driving institutional reforms that have positively impacted government institutions across Nigeria.
Her expertise has earned her the confidence of some of the nation’s highest public institutions, including the State House, the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, and numerous Ministries, Departments, and Agencies where she has provided strategic advisory services that continue to shape national development.
Her pursuit of excellence is reflected in her impressive academic accomplishments.
She is an alumna of the prestigious Stanford University Executive Program for Women Leaders (EPWL) and holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from PAL University, New York, as well as a Doctorate in Christian Leadership from Christian Leadership University, New York.
Professionally, Dr. Offiong Archibong stands among Africa’s finest.
As a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Fellow of several distinguished professional bodies, including the Nigerian Economic Society (FNES), the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), and the Public Office Holders Association of Nigeria (FPOP), she continues to exemplify competence, integrity, and transformational leadership.
Her outstanding contributions to economic governance and institutional reform received national recognition in 2024 when she was honoured with the Distinguished Economic Service Award by the Nigerian Economic Society, a testament to decades of impactful service to Nigeria’s development.
Beyond government reforms, Dr. Archibong is passionately committed to raising transformational leaders across Africa.
As the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of STRANSFORM, she continues to provide innovative strategy and reform advisory services that strengthen institutions and improve organizational performance.
Her vision extends even further through the establishment of the African Institute for Strategy, Leadership and Governance (AISLG), Beyond Church Walls International, and the ONE-J Care Foundation.
These platforms are empowering individuals, strengthening leadership capacity, promoting good governance, and expanding social impact across the African continent.
Her influence also reaches corporate and non-profit governance through her membership on the boards of respected organizations, including Rhema Nigeria, the Sexual Offences Awareness and Response Initiative (SOARi), and the Public Office Holders Association of Nigeria (POHAN).

Both were members of the prestigious CMD Class of 2022, where they were accredited and certified as Leadership and Management Trainers.
